Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia is one of the first fashion branded hotels. Only opening in 2000, this Versace themed hotel has 3 award winning restaurants, 200 hotel rooms on 5 floors, 72 condominiums, and a private marina. It's sister hotel in Dubai, opening in 2005, is the only 8 star hotel in the world.
