January Jones in a gold embroidered Carolina Herrera gown. I have always been a fan of what January wears on the red carpet (not to mention that I love her name and wish I could change my name to January Jones), and this gown was definitely one of her best choices. The breaks in the lace around her waist and then at her thighs is very flattering.

I know it was criticized a lot, but I love January Jones's Versace dress at the 2010 Emmy's. She always pushes the fashion envelope and I love it!
