Best Dressed Academy Awards 2011
Mila Kunis in Elie Saab
Gwyneth Paltrow in Calvin Klein
Cate Blanchett in Givenchy Couture
Natalie Portman in Rodarte
Camila Alves, in Kaufmanfranco, and Matthew McConaughey, in Dolce & Gabbana
I'm so happy someone wore the Givenchy Couture dress! Even though it wasn't Michelle Williams, it look gorgeous on Cate! And Natalie look beautiful in a high wasted purple gown like I hoped! All around a good year with great films.

Oscar Fashion Wist List
Anne Hathaway, co-hosting the Academy Awards with James Franco, in Elie Saab
Natalie Portman, Best Actress Nominee for Black Swan, in Monique Lhuillier (I think this would look great with the waistline a little higher as a maternity dress)
Nicole Kidman, Best Actress Nominee for Rabbit Hole, in Givenchy
Amy Adams, Best Supporting Actress Nominee for The Fighter, in Elie Saab
Michelle Williams, Best Actress Nominee for Blue Valentine, in Givenchy
Jennifer Lawrence, Best Actress Nominee for Winter's Bone, in Elie Saab
Helena Bonham Carter, Best Supporting Actress Nominee for The King's Speech, in Marchesa. She always goes outside the box and I would die to see her in this.

All Natural, Clean Face
Play up your natural beauty with just a hint of tinted moisturizer (try Clinique Moisture Sheer Tint SPF 15) and some lip balm with a bite of color (try Laura Mercier HydraTint SPF 15, my favorite!) topped off with light blush (try Covergirl's Cheekers Blush in Rose Silk, it's universally flattering!)
Preen
Pastel Eyes
Keep your face and lips natural and play up your eye color with a hint of pastel shadow on the corners of your eyes
Brown eyes - Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Aquarius
Hazel Eyes - Urban Decay Eyeshadow in SWF
Grey Eyes - Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Kiddie Pool

Big Lashes
Pump up the volume with simple skin and lips and big, voluminous lashes.
If you are going to drop big money on any makeup product, mascara, concealer or foundation. They make a huge difference.
Jil Sander
Hot Pink Smooch
Feeling a little bold? Tired of the same red lips? Try a bubblegum pink! (Try Kat Von D Painted Love Lipstick in Backstage Bambi) The best way to do this is to take a hot pink lip liner (Stila Long Wear Lip Liner in Hot Pink) and line the outside of your lips to help the stick stay inside that border. The liner doesn't have to be the exact color of the stick but as close as possible is good. Then take your lipstick and fill in only the top half of your lips. Smooch and together and go!
Hermes
Lined Eyes
This look is slightly more complex. First you'll want to take a liquid liner (my favorite is Covergirl Line Exact Liquid Liner) and line your upper lid with a very thin line all the way from the edge of your lid to the corner of your eye. Next, take a flat liner brush (I use the Trish McEvoy Eye Definer/Shadow Liner Brush #11) and lightly wet the brush so it's only damp. I usually do this by spraying the brush with a water from a spritzer. Then take the damp brush and press it into black eyeshadow (Covergirl Eye Enhancers Shadow in Shimmering Onyx) and press it over the liquid liner only from the inner edge of the color of your eye, making a thicker line all the way to the edge of your eye but never thick enough to get into the crease. Next take a good pencil liner (Sephora Collection Nano Eyeliner in Midnight Black 01) and line the bottom waterline all the way from the outer edge to the inner corner. Careful to do all of this with a light hand or you could end up like a raccoon! If you do put too much on, a bit of Baby Oil on the end of Q-Tip can make your lines thinner.

Style Icon - Rachel McAdams
Vogue, January 2010
Canadian beauty Rachel McAdams started her acting career by conquering one of the hardest on-stage scripts; Shakespeare, at her summer theatre camp at the age of 13. McAdams in probably most well known for her roles in Mean Girls as the high school blonde b-otch Regina George, and as Allie Hamilton in The Notebook, seriously dating her co-star Ryan Gosling until they officially split in 2008.

Alberta Ferretti at the Berlin Premiere of Sherlock Holmes
Rachel McAdams is probably my favorite celebrity, the one who I would most like to be. The first interview of her's that I read was in Elle in April of 2007. As I read the article and I became to intrigued with her (she write in a Keel's Simple Diary every night. Check them out here) and the Couture she wore in the spread is what first drew me to fashion editorials! Find out more about Ms.McAdams here
