6 Universally Flattering Pieces For Spring

Tailored Trousers
A good pair of trousers will make any woman's body look professional and classy, as well as looking especially flattering on your backside and making your legs look longer. Check out the trousers at Ann Taylor, they come in four different fits so you can find the fit that works best for your body and then get all your pants (straight leg trousers, skinny jeans, cigarette pants) in black, navy, khaki, grey, red, and white!

Patent Pumps
A patent pump pulls together any look, especially when going to work. Typically, a skinny heel and a pointed toe will make your legs look longer, and the lighter color is great for spring (especially with the fun snakeskin detail on the back!).

V-Neck Cardigan
Find yourself a lightweight cardigan that you love and get it in a couple of colors, a few neutrals and a fun color or one with sequins. This sweater from Victoria's Secret runs from $30 - $60 depending on color, print, and sequins.

Chic Belt
When buying a belt if you're unsure about size, a medium width looks good on everyone. When looking for the 'chic' factor, look for a belt with a gold accent for a luxe looking fabric like snakeskin or patent leather.

Silk Blouse
A more relaxed fit will slim your upper body and the silk fabric will feel great as the weather starts to get warmer.

Wrap Dress
A v-neck and waist tie create a leaner looking frame and highlights the smallest part of your waist. I would be remiss not to point you in the direction of DVF wrap dresses. They come in tons of prints and and fabric feels amazing on your skin.
