Top 40 Best Dressed of 2011: Number 16

Blake Lively in a white Chanel gown. Blake has never been one to shy away from risky red carpet choices, especially when the outfit comes from Chanel, the brand that gave her a contract to be the face of it's handbag line. This dress was just risky enough; lots of embellishment, but it an easy color and a great loose braid with light makeup.

Blake Lively in Chanel at a dinner hosted by the label. Blake was all about Chanel this year, wearing it everywhere as well as being named the new face of the brands handbags. I love that Blake has taken a risk with this dress, but in a neutral color with matching shoes and puts some color in it with the emerald green post earrings, which make the outfit in my opinion.

I really wanted to try to not pick outfits from the films (as good as the first one was, I have to say the second one just did not measure up) because they just are not the same as the show. But her earrings here from the Sex and the City 2 movie are showstoppers.
